Hi — I’m a registered dietitian passionate about guiding people toward peace with food, movement, and their bodies. My approach is rooted in mindful, weight-neutral nutrition therapy and a desire to help clients live with more freedom, confidence, and well-being.
I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, and I completed my bachelor’s degree and dietetic internship at California State University, Chico, where I also competed as an NCAA cross-country and track athlete. These experiences helped shape my commitment to supporting people of all shapes, ages, and backgrounds.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including diabetes, cardiovascular health, eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive eating, and family nutrition using the Satter Eating Competence Model. I also specialize in working with individuals who experience ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). As a certified ARFID specialist, and having a child with ARFID I am able to uniquely support families with compassionate, evidence-based care to expand food variety, address sensory or fear-based eating barriers, and rebuild nourishment and confidence around eating.
While I support clients of all faith backgrounds, my work is also informed by my Christian faith. I contribute to the faith-based health blog Body Bloved and, when clients desire, I integrate spirituality in a client-centered and respectful way.
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered on their nutrition journey, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
